Returns Policy

  • We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment.
  • You must have your original receipt to receive store credit. 
  • The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping if purchased online.
  • In store merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • Online merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
  • Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks.
  • Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. 
  • If an item is Ineligible for a Return and it is included, we will have to send back the Ineligible Item to you.
  • FINAL SALE and FLASH SALE items are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges. 
  • All Accessories are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges. Accessories are Jewelry, Hats, Scarves, Sunglasses, Handbags + Belts.
  • Body and face products are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns Or Exchanges!
  • Bodysuits and Intimates are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges.
  • Please allow 3 business days for return processing once online item is received. 
  • Once your online return is processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card with your store credit that you can use on the website.
  •  Store Credit does not expire.
  • We do not cover Return Shipping for International purchases, APO Addresses and PO Box Addresses.

How do I initiate an online return or exchange? 

  • Please email shophabituate@gmail.com and include your order number and details of the exchange or return. We do not provide return slips but will provide you with the necessary steps to exchange/return your items.
